You don't need to bring anything to take something home, it's all about supporting each other and our community. The swap will be located on the patio behind The Barn Taproom at Greig Farm on Pitcher Lane in Red Hook NY. Please make sure to have your plants/seedlings labeled.
Chelley's food truck, Greig Cafe, and The Barn Taproom will all be open serving hot food, shaved ice, and cold drinks.
