JR and I now own 10 acres in Clermont, NY, right next door to the wonderful people at Hudson Valley Distillery. We plan to fix the place up, renovate the house, and build a brewery on the land.

it’s all ours…

There is a house, a barn, and a larger two family house on the property, as well as a few outbuildings. We also now have 2 cars, a limo, a boat, an old FORD tractor, many bikes / peddlers / motorcycles, and 3 RVs. Anyone need some vehicles?

next steps

We have a LOT to sort through, sell, and clean up. Our first step will be renovating the house so we can move in and live on site while we build the brewery. We’ll be having a fundraiser/open house/party this spring to help raise money for the project.
